Government Degree College , (V) Madugula , Visakhapatnam was established in the year 2008 by Government of Andhra Pradesh.  The college is affiliated to Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in the year 2008.

           Government Degree College , (V) Madugula , Visakhapatnam District focuses on the upliftment and empowerment of the local youth and the nearby and surrounding rural areas of in and around the village, (V) Madugula. The college basically fulfills the educational needs of the students upto graduate level ; the college if itself a visionary in creating the best opportunities, in the growth and development of the student community.
